I’m writing to clarify a misunderstanding that may have occurred regarding my recent activity on the platform. A short while ago, I reached out to ask whether streaming with an AI-generated character (not a real person) was permitted. I was informed that it is allowed, and at the same time, I was online on my account artsyandcraftsy_ , where it was visible that I was actively operating the stream on other account.

Following this, something seems to have gone wrong, and I would like to ensure everything is fully transparent. My intention has always been to follow Chaturbate’s rules and guidelines, and I am fully committed to doing so going forward.

I would like to continue streaming only as myself, under my own identity, and I am more than willing to resubmit my ID or complete any verification steps needed to prove this. Please let me know what I can do to resolve the issue and regain access to my account and the ability to earn tokens and no I won't stream anymore AI unless support states clearly how to.

UPDATE: I did resubmitted my ID and I wrote to them I will only broadcast myself, no one else will appear, but still I have this: "Person Ineligible"

Yes. If its just a regular streamer with two accounts, the camera angles have to be different from each other. So two cameras required.

However, what this person was trying to do was do what ProjektMelody is doing and for that they have to contact CB support, get everything verified and set up on both accounts and an admin monitors both rooms simultaneously with only one of the accounts showing on site (the animated character), while the other room stays hidden and only viewable to an admin.

But I was online on my account in a public chat - so I could just send selfie or say to CB support it's me - because it's same ID.
Well, after this happened - I won't do it again unless everything is clear, so that's why I said to @punker barbie that I want to continue to stream, as only me, not AI anymore... I hope this is fixable because it makes me sad, they misunderstood me.

The rules for that are not very clear at all so I do hope you get sorted and are back to broadcasting ASAP.

Edit to add: Google search AI JOI. It's a site where you can be a virtual avatar and not be your physical person if that is what you really are more comfortable with.

Oh, thank you for other site.
With all of sudden and how quick AI grows its explainable why rules aint clear.
I am just afraid they wont answer because lately I am waiting more than ever for their mails and name change etc…
And I really think this can and should be fixed soon because I didnt do anything what could be wrong.

If I did, I want to apologise in advance but surely I cant wait till its fixed.

Nothing still and now it's more than 36 hours - I didn't get response, nor I can broadcast.
You know how much I need this - and I am really willing to start streaming again.
