Yesterday I requested the name change from "sweetnameless" to "sweetsalty4you" and I can't access the new room or the old room, where I had tokens. I have also tried to reset the access password of both accounts and I do not receive the emails to reset it. I have tried to access without logging in, just to visit one of the two rooms and I get a message that says "This account has been deleted". How can I solve it?
