I got a studio and my best model was banned T_T

Hi, i have 5 years woking with CB i never have this problem before, i got several models banned but support always help me, but with this model don't help me at all
she have 1 year and 3 months working with CB , they not say the reason for was banned , Can somebody Help me out?

Cb is his only job, with that she supports himself and feeds his family

Hi, sorry for botter you again, i wanna ask if coult be possible deactivate the account of this model, she can't keep working with us because the banned, so i wanna release his account from the master...
is possible to do that?
