I got banned for not having a passport, no one answers me

Hi @punker barbie , @AmberCutie and everyone, please, i need help. I've been asking for help with Chaturbate support for a while but no human seems to respond to me, i just get automated emails in response. I discovered this forum as a last hope.

What happens is that i tried to create an account (username: wecan4u), but my identity document was torn because it was old, i tried several times but i couldn't verify my identity. My girlfriend got it first.

After several attempts, they started asking me for a passport to verify my identity, but i don't have one, a passport is an expensive and unnecessary document for me at the moment, as i have no desire to leave my country.

A few days later i got a new identity document and created a new account (user: wecan4you), but again they asked me for a passport and i couldn't verify it, and my girlfriend again got it the first time.

Why are they asking me for a passport? My girlfriend was able to check in quickly without needing a passport, just her ID, and we live together. Why are they asking me for a passport? I didn't do anything wrong other than trying several times to verify my identity as we have a very strong desire to get started on Chaturbate.

I would just like to confirm my identity. Please help me!

depending on your location, passports are the only thing they accept. but if you gf was able to get approved with the same type of documents/id from the same location, that might not be the case.

if you uploaded a torn id, that is considered invalid. so thats probably why you got banned.
are you male? if so i recommend just having your gf solo cam if she hasn't already until you can get your id situation corrected and then doing a few shows or being stunt dick for any additional content. solo female cams make more than couples in general.

if you are able to get passports, they definitely help becoming verified easier than paper ids or state/province id cards if you are outside of the US. but if chaturbate still will not unban you, go to stripchat. chaturbate isnt the only money making camsite. they allow couple accounts and be sure to get an unripped id because it would be considered invalid too there.

Hello again. I thought about getting a passport and trying to verify my identity, but i'm banned, i think for too many attempts. @punker barbie they replied me what i put in the pics, just an automated message saying i'm permanently banned. Don't you guys know of any way i can talk to some human in attendance who might understand that i just had too many attempts? I just want help. I would very much like to stream on Chaturbate. I don't think i did anything wrong to deserve to be banned, since i didn't stream.
