I got banned, i need some help plz

Please, I need help. My account was banned for “The use or display of drug paraphernalia while broadcasting is not allowed.” Sometimes during my streams I smoke rolling tobacco.

I sincerely apologize if I violated any rule. It was never my intention to break the platform’s guidelines, and I assure you that this will not happen again.

My username is Andrecampos87, but I am unable to provide a ticket number because I did not receive any email notifying me about the ban.

You won't receive any email notifying you of the ban. You are expected to open a ticket with the support team yourself. Log into your account from a PC (or "request Desktop site" on your phone's browser); along with the message notifying you that you're banned, there should be a link to contact support. If you click it, it will take you to a form to contact the support team with some prefilled fields. Explain your situation there and ask them for help.

You should then receive an automated email confirming that they received your message. Be sure to read it carefully and scroll to the very bottom; if you're asked to answer "yes" or "no" regarding whether the message solved your problem, click "no."

Support often takes more than one week to answer, so patience is advised. If you don't hear from them in a reasonable amount of time, you may want to give a shoutout to @ punker barbie here to see if she can check the status of your ticket.

I am writing because it has been a few days since my previous contact and I have not yet received any response from the support team. This delay is unusual, as responses are normally quite fast. I also did not receive any ticket number related to my request.

I am a bit concerned, as I am currently unemployed and Chaturbate is my only source of income at the moment. For this reason, I would really appreciate it if you could check the status of my request and provide an update as soon as possible.

What you need is patience. They will respond once the investigation is complete.

im trying to be patience, but is hard in my situation, some days have already passed, and I’ve seen people who were banned on the same day as me already receive a response and I don’t even have a ticket number like the other people do. thanks for the reply

I know it's hard but you can't speed it up and you're not going to get an answer faster just because you posted here. I hope they restore your account and that it was a misunderstanding and if it isn't a misunderstanding that you are able to find a new site to work on.
