I'm from Colombia and I have legally changed both my name and gender in July, 2025.

Stripchat blocked my account when I tried to verify myself with a new government-issued ID (since it shares tje same ID number as the old one).

They asked me to provide SC support with a SINGLE PAGE name change certificate, and that is impossible because the Colombian government has no name change certificate. Neither does for gender change.

I know it is politically correct to say gender, but all official legal documents refer to my sexual and gender identity as SEX.

The Colombian government through the National Civil Registry Office only provides the following 3 documents to legally certify my name and sex change:

- Notarized public deed

- Birth certificate

- National Identity card

The legal process is as follows:

1. In Colombia, the process to change both my NAME and SEX starts with a notarized PUBLIC DEED.

2. The PUBLIC DEED states that I (under my former name, annexed with a copy of my previous National identity card), under oath, declare my intention to change BOTH my NAMES and SEX on my BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

3. In Colombia, the only legal document that serves as PROOF of NAME and SEX change is the PUBLIC DEED, and that changes my NAMES and SEX on my BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

4. The Notary office produces a new record for my birth certificate, and then it is sent to the National Civil Registry Office to verify the request and effect the change on their database.

5. The National Civil Registry Office issues the NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD based SOLELY on the information contained in the BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

The National Civil Registry Office does NOT provide any certificate for NAME CHANGE, and neither does for SEX CHANGE.

I tried sending my birth certificate first, but Stripchat denied it because it is strictly not a name change certificate.

The closest document to a name change certificate is the Public deed. It is 10 pages long and Stripchat "Safe Personal Data Upload" website only allows uploading a single 2 MB picture.

I can't upload the full document. There are too many pages and they can't be fitted into a single 2 MB picture. Even with compression, Stripchat is very strict that if anything is blurred and even slightly unreadable, they won't accept it. I have been denied several times for compressing the pictures.

Even worse is their staff. I have already complained about all these issues, but they never remember anything I have said previously.

I have been repeatedly told that "the Public deed is fine, only upload the first pages where the name and gender change is stated".

Whenever I submit the document, they never consider my complaints, and I get rejected again with the same robot response:

"The document you provided isn't an official Colombian name change/gender change certificate. Unfortunately, unless you have one, you won't receive a verification."

How am I supposed to provide an official Colombian certificate that does not exist?

I multi-stream on other platforms, and SC was a good portion of my total earnings that now I have lost since August.
