8 months ago I was banned from chaturbat, without warning, for not giving a proper reaction to a member who began to write that he was underage. I did not block him, and I think it's my fault and I paid for my mistake with a ban, and then I found out that such members should be banned immediately. At that moment on the stream, I was sitting dressed, not showing anything 18+, in pants and a T-shirt, just chatting in chats, and not talking with him about anythings sexualy at all, just "hi how r u what are you doing ". I wrote to support several times, but I never got an answer After this incident, I read the rules many times to remember them and never make such mistakes, and immediately block people who write things that violate the rules of the site . It was the first time I got a ban and I've never violated anything before, and even it wasn't on purpose. I really ask you to help me unblock my account, I really want to go back to chaturbate and stream there again. I'm asking very much for help, I really didn't do anything for purpose. and I don't want to break the rules I swear I'll never be so inattentive again as in the past....

I learned this life lesson, and that I should be much more attentive and studied the rules in more detail, I would really like to get a chance to be part of chaturbate again and prove that I am an obedient model who does not do anything illegal and does not support breaking the rules.

hello @punker barbie , my CB account was banned 3 month ago because i was talking to member, and he said to me what he is underage, but he said it to me not immideatly, first we talked and everythink was okay, and suddenly he told me what he is not that adult. I didn't ban this user , bacause i live in country where is war now, and when the air alarm starts, I turned off the stream and went to the shelter, I just couldn't physically think about the member. But when I came back, I found that I was banned.. I just forgot to do it because when rockets fly to me, i was so stressed. But...

i dont make new accounts , even didnt tried create new. just its feels so unfair what i never wanted broke the rule but i banned cuz of member

Could you help me please, my account was banned because of my stupid mistake of mentioning the word "minor" in the text, I am aware of my mistake and sincerely admit it, I will never repeat such violations of the rules, I swear.
