Help @punker barbie My account "noahcays" got wrongfully banned for underage but I submitted my id and still banned. I have the supporter membership and want cancel the subscription to avoid getting billed monthly for that subscription. Any help or feedback will be much appreciated

My account (noahcays) was wrongfully banned for age and I sent my ID and it was verified but I'm still banned! I have a monthly supporter subscription that I keep getting billed and I need my subscription to be cancelled! I do not want to pay this anymore and cannot access my account to cancel it!
