I was suspended

It says that they are basically suspending me to check on my well being I believe it was because my friend was asleep on live but I’ve emailed them multiple times and have a lot of tokens that I could really use anyway someone could help me? How long does it normally take it’s been 2 weeks already

Is this related to your previous suspension (Need help on why I was banned no clue at all!!), or was that resolved? If this is a new suspension in as many months, it might be permanent without reprieve. Without knowing the exact statement you received from CB, we'll not be able to assist you.
