Dear Stripchat Compliance Team,
I am writing to formally appeal the recent blocking of my model account on the grounds of “inauthentic document.”
This decision is extremely shocking and unfair. I have been actively working on Stripchat for over one year, and my identity documents were previously reviewed and approved. The passport I submitted is 100% genuine, legally issued, and currently valid.
Furthermore, I traveled internationally to Singapore just last month using the same passport. It was successfully verified by official immigration authorities without any issue. It is therefore impossible for this document to be “inauthentic.”
If there is any discrepancy, I strongly believe this must be a technical error, misunderstanding, or internal verification mistake.
I respectfully but firmly request:
• A manual re-review of my documents by a senior compliance officer
• Clear clarification on what exactly was flagged as “inauthentic”
• The opportunity to complete live verification or provide any additional proof required
Blocking my account without detailed explanation, after one year of active work, has caused serious financial and reputational damage to me. I have always followed platform rules and cooperated fully with verification procedures.
Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a clear explanation along with steps to resolve this issue immediately.
I am ready to cooperate 100% to clear this misunderstanding.

Here is what happened: I attempted to create a couple account using my passport for verification. My documents were rejected, so I contacted support to understand the issue. However, after reaching out for assistance, my original and previously approved account (meena_27) was suddenly blocked.


I have been working on this account for the past year and have always followed all the platform’s rules and terms of service. I have never intentionally violated any policies. I am genuinely confused about why my account was blocked, especially since my documents are original and valid.
