Approximately three years ago, while I was working with a previous studio, another model appeared on camera during my broadcast without having completed the required verification beforehand. I understand the seriousness of this violation, and I am sincerely sorry that it happened during my broadcast.

The model who appeared on camera has since completed their identity verification. I am now working with a new studio under strict supervision, with careful attention to ensuring that everyone appearing in a broadcast is verified and approved in advance.

With these changes in mind, I would be truly grateful if the appropriate team could review my case and consider giving me a second chance. I understand that the later verification does not undo the original violation, but I sincerely hope it can be taken into consideration.

The incident occurred when a trainer at the studio mistakenly logged another model into my account. This was an internal operational error, which the studio openly reported and explained. I was not involved in the incident.

Since then, I have my own dedicated broadcasting room, which I no longer share with anyone. These arrangements have been put in place to prevent the same mistake from happening again, and I can assure you that this incident will not be repeated.

Thank you for checking my inquiry and providing ticket #22819661. I received a response by email, but I’m still unclear about what options are available to me.

For clarification, I am LexiSolene, and NadiaMarble is my friend. Although our threads were merged, they concern two separate accounts and different incidents.

Before taking any action, could you please confirm whether I am permitted to be added as a verified broadcaster to NadiaMarble’s account while my own account remains suspended? Would adding me cause her account to be automatically suspended, or otherwise put it at risk?

I do not want to jeopardize her account or unintentionally violate any rules. I have not proceeded and would appreciate clear written guidance on whether this is allowed and what approval would be required beforehand.

If my suspension prevents me from broadcasting on any account, could you please clarify whether there is an appeal process or another approved way for me to return?

My advice would be to wait for explicit clarification from Chaturbate Support before attempting to be verified on, or broadcast through, another person's account.

If your suspension is still active, you should not assume that being added as a verified broadcaster to another account is permitted. Even if the account belongs to a friend and the original incident involved a separate situation, it is important to confirm the platform's requirements and obtain any necessary approval beforehand.

I would recommend focusing on resolving your own suspension through the existing support ticket first. Until Chaturbate confirms what is permitted, taking steps to broadcast through another account could potentially put that account at risk as well.

It's good that you're asking for clarification before proceeding. I'd wait for a clear answer from support before making any changes.
