I currently have my past weeks earnings still unprocessed. Not sure if i was some how missed, as I have received numerous payments no problem. Sunday night it usually takes my tokens and converts them into dollars and says Waiting. This time there wasn't any message. I've tried contacting support and have been waiting for a couple hours for the chat to respond, still nothing. Is this normal? Do they sometimes miss models payouts?
