Hello, I spent most of the day on cam without any issues and logged off around 4pm EST. i attempted to log back in around 20 minutes later to send a message to find my account had been banned while i was not online. the page only stated that the believe i have broke terms of service but no reason as to what that was. i know i did not. i was not even online at the time of banning. i have emailed support and have yet to receive even the automated reply that it has been received by support. please help!

im still waiting to hear back for a reason or a chance to appeal, i am trying to understand what happened, because i logged on to being banned. please help me, this is my income.
