Long-time Model Banned on CB Please assist

I am a long-time Cam Model on CB with only one minor warning in over 3 years. I was banned on 4/10/25 and have not received a response as to why, and I'm not sure what my next step should be?
I would really appreciate if you would look into this for me.

@punker barbie This is tsbodysmooth. I have responded to the email from CB support confirming I was unbanned and I understand the warning imposed on me, and that I understand that any further violation will result in an additional suspension. Could you please advise as to my next step. Thank you so much to this matter!
