There are no responses to the feedback. The intention with this form is that we get as much feedback from performers as possible about any tools, things we do so that we can see what other things we have to improve. But I can assure you that the feedback we get is checked daily and taken in consideration.

Most of the changes we've done are based on the feedback we got :)
Giving that you are from US and you keep in touch with Liz and her team, I would suggest to try to speak to them about some of your concerns.
I have and have been ignored about the frequency of contests for years. For the first time, I'm looking at other sites to make up my income, because it's hard to work when they push these contests every other week. The site is always buggy during then because I know you guys are mostly doing site upgrades, and there are more models grinding online than normal. It's like I'm trying to go up creek in heavy current with a broken paddle. Anytime there is an announcement, no one other than a few are looking forward. If they did contests once a month, I wouldn't care. It's the frequency and uncertainty I have issues with. You just throw them at us whenever the site pleases.

I have made lots of Twitter threads collecting other models opinions on the contests to share with streamate throughout the years, because they aren't popular with most.

The contests may not work for everyone but it's a very good option to give something to the models and create some healthy competition. You may have heard this in the past, but it helps a lot to reach out to your customers and encourage them to visit you during the contests. This is why we announce them with 1 week ahead, so that models have enough time to prepare.
The feedback will always be impartial, some performers love the contests as those are the best days for their earnings and some not so much.

But what about in your TOS where you stated this isn't a competition? It's confusing. Listen I'm fine with a little competition, but the frequency is too much. It's a lot. Your contests are burning out most of your models.

If we have planned contests every month, it would be better. Models know what to expect on the upcoming month. Like a calander instead of announcing it a week before like Surprise!!

Getting a copy/pasted response from support about personal issues, site issues and contests in particular is what has driven many models to express their concerns and complaints on Twitter. It's like with any company/business. Whenever I feel like my issue was not resolved, I do have to move my concern on social media. Liz is only 1 person. That's too much of a workload for 1 person to figure out and we seriously get tired of having to bother her to help us since we feel like she's the only human support we have.

All models have been vocal about supporting bonus days. We hardly see those, maybe 1-2 times a year. Healthy competition is fine, but there are lower end models who will never rank for a prize no matter how many hours they log and when we have multiple contests in a month it makes it harder for them. The only people who say they love them are the models who can rank.

I will make sure to pass this as a feedback in regards of the bonuses :)

I don't want to derail this thread from the original post.

@Crisss20 @Catalina SM it's really great to have active industry reps on the forum. It would be helpful maybe if a new thread was started for SM support?

I am usually checking the forum posts 2-3x/week. I am not active every single day unfortunately, as other things occupy my time. But I try to put myself available as much as possible.

If we had a site rep active on forums or a social media support rep, that would help so much. The biggest qualm most models have with streamate is lack of communication they have with their models, and when models do communicate, it's automatic responses most of the time.

Honestly I stopped messaging support, because they don't help most the time or I don't have the confidence that my problem will be solved and at a reasonably time. Waiting close to several days for a response in this age of technology is close to unheard of now especially when those people are your workers.

It would be awesome if you shared with us that data, kinda like what pornhub does every end of year. Pornhubs data has helped so many of us, and it would be beneficial if camsites did the same with their models. I dont know where most of my members come from. I can only see if they maybe put an age and sexuality in their profile.

You took away my ratings page, which was the best data tracker we had. It was easy when I was able to see average my ratings and monthly hours on one page.

I miss the rankings page so much! It was super helpful, especially the hours worked part, it was SO satisfying watching that bar fill up.

Absolutely this! I'm not a competitive person at all, when I play board games or video games, I'm there to have fun and don't give a rat's ass about winning. The constant contests are excruciating, not only because my earnings dip, but because the percentage of annoying freeloaders to paying traffic changes drastically. My banning finger is getting tired![/QUOTE]
