Lovense App - Toy Control Pauses Queue

Is it normal that when another user tips for toy control, while that toy is already active, that vibe is paused and remaining time shows up in the tip queue until the control duration ends?
Or is there a setting in the Lovense app that determines which has priority?

Afaik thats normal and my blind ass hasnt found a way to change it - of course i maybe just havent found the option
