My account lownehagrl was banned because of just one sentence about self-harm. The support told me that I have to contact them when I feel better to rejoin the community. I answered them I already feel ok to rejoin and they are ignoring me for 5 days already. Whats the problem? Why dont they just answer the ban is permanent or something if they dont care anymore?
