Mailing List Service for Webcam Models?

Is there any cloud-based mailing list service provider that is adult-industry friendly? You can run your own local software with tools like PHPList, but that is generally a very bad idea because the delivery rates doing things on your own are very low. The reason you pay a monthly fee to a third party is because they guarantee high delivery rates.

I am not looking for anything special. I want a commercial service that will not go out of business in a year. I want very high delivery rates. I want good software support on the vendor's website for adding or removing users from the list. And I want tolerance to adult content without having to comply with 1000 rules and heavy-handed oversight.

I use Sendblaster Pro software and an online service called SendGrid. They pay for themselves easily if learned and used right. Between the two, they cover all analytics and as long as they are set up right you avoid any blacklisting or mass failed sends/impressions. Compliance to anti spam / unsubscription ability laws are a must. Solid and compliantly obtained /opt-in mailing lists and not scrapped ones are a must. Patience is a must.

I don't think that is a fit to my need. I am not looking to spam large lists of people. I am interested in small numbers of users who opt into my mailing list, and I just don't want to manage things for that small list.
