Both. It's a fucking great job (IMO) but if i wasn't earning whilst doing this I'd have no way of paying my bills therefore being paid is a pretty essential part of it, lol.

I had a well-paid job in the wine trade before I quit and started camming, but it (the wine industry) eventually started to bore the shit out of me as I felt trapped and I hate working for people (and I spent my whole day fantasizing about getting home and jumping on my bf of the time). This is about right. Not everyone who is a doctor or a lawyer or a ditch-digger is doing it for the same reason and that goes for camgirls, as well.

I'm sure for most people it's like most jobs - work is work.

Sure, masturbating is fun, and if you're an exhibitionist even better - but there are still going to be times you don't feel like barking on command or shoving a dildo up there AGAIN, putting kraft singles on your body, getting oily just after you showered...but work is work I guess.

I think that if someone doesn't enjoy this job, it will be visible. Maybe not in the first minute of staying in a model's room, but at a closer look. This job is so demanding in terms of human interaction, sharing an intimate thing, and having to stay for more hours in front of a camera , that is impossible to fake your reactions. If you do something you are not comfortable with, it will be visible , and in time you will get frustrated, and members will see. Just my opinion. Most of us started to work here in order to make a living, this is why we are here. But someone that doesn't enjoy this will find their way out for something else I think.
