MFC changed friends manager?

it seems like they changed the friends manager.
you can't the see last login date anymore.

just "last login within 30/60/90 days"

I think this is pretty annoying, if someones has no profile you have no idea if they login 1 or 29 days ago.

is it just me?


+ if you sort by "last login" I can't figure out how they sort the list. it doesn't sort by last login at all?
I use this option a lot just to see in one spot who log in recently.

sent comments to mfc support but not anticipating anything.

Profiles still show last login date. A hassle maybe but a workaround.

i did this too, hopefully helps a little.

I think they just changed the links around... clicking the All Offline Friends link brings up the same info as per the Manage/Add friends link used to do.

The All Offline Friends list can be ordered by last login or username.

Thanks for that. I notice that the "all offline friends" list does actually include friends who are currently online, which is good, so it makes it similar to the old friends manager list (before the recent changes). However there is one difference, models who have temporarily/ permanently closed their account (no profile) do not appear on this list (but are still in the friends manager list).

It was probably changed to address privacy concerns. My guess is some members found that certain other people were able to follow their activities on the site more closely than those members desired and they complained to MFC.

I understand this. I actually will admit that when I would go in and edit my friend list, I'd notice some of my "friends" had been online as recently as 2 days ago but I hadn't heard from them in weeks, and thus got a bit of hurt feelings. It would be unlikely, or at least rare, that I'd call any of them out on it, but I assume other people do.
