MFC Emotion high limit

MFC will resize your emote to be 50 high in the chat window. If you click on the emote in the chat window, MFC will pop it into another window at full height. But it only shows as 50 high in the chat window.
Old emotes did not have this restriction. That's why you see some emotes that are really tall in the chat window. They are the ones uploaded before MFC added the height restriction.
