MFC Tip Menu

I know how to set up the tip menu which links it to MFC Share's Tip Menu. But the other day I saw a model that had it actually scrolling in the room like it does on Chaturbate or Camsoda.

Can anyone tell me how that was done?

Can anyone tell me how that was done?

She may have manually typed it into a Charlesbot ad that automatically posts when someone types !thekeyword she named it, or periodically on its own.
