Model accounts banned by former studio in retaliation for leaving

I’m a studio owner in Latin America and have had great experiences with CB and our models. Last week I had a meeting with 4 models who were unhappy with their current studio and asked if they could work with us. They decided to leave their studio after they had enough of a very poor work environment, they suffered harassment from Studio management and were obligated to work in poor conditions including being groped by the studio owner and being told they had to allow it as they need the money that they make working at his studio. This is intolerable and we agreed immediately and opened new CB accounts for them.


They were threatened by former studio management that if they left, they would have no chance of working on CB ever again, taking this into account I emailed CB support and requested their IDs be removed from their former account. As this process was underway and they were broadcasting with their new account the dreaded account banned message appeared and their broadcast was closed. They were banned because their former studio had other models broadcast with the accounts, they have control of, this wasn’t a mistake it was a direct act to prevent them from ever working on CB again and is a great injustice to these models. The bans were made while they were broadcasting , its impossible to be in 2 places at the same time Shamefully, the ID removal we requested was not completed in time and we even sent in the photos with verification sign but response time wasn’t in our favor. The former accounts that were used to ban their ID are:

Ebony_curvy

Eboni_goddess

Goddess-ebonyy

Ebonyy-hott

We have written CB support several times from the models new email and when we get a response Support asks us to write from the email registered in the account with the violation. As these old accounts were opened by another studio, we have no access to the models former account or their email. The new accounts we opened for them are:

Hannajhonson

Tianabrown00

Anacarrera01

Ambarliz00

Thanks for your reply. You are totally right, these should be all underscores. They were not all on the same day, ebonyy_hott was banned the day she lefet the studio, goddess_ebony was banned this last Tuesday , ebonyy_curvy was banned on Thursday this week banned and apparently Eboni_goddess received the threat but her account has not been yet banned but could be anytime as her former studio still has her account open. Still waiting on replies rom CB Support, any suggestions on how to proceed?

Yes, the request to remove ID's was placed from the new account emails on Jan. 22nd and we also wrote from our studio account email (aurastudioscol) on Jan. 18th asking what could be done in this case. They were threatened verbally by the Studio owner, he's a lawyer so nothing in writing.


The ambarliz00 account was banned on Jan. 23, she was broadcasting and it suddenly closed. If we review CB hours we can see that while she was online as ambarliz00, the goddess_ebonyy account came online for 15 minutes and the ban was immediately after that. CB support told us she had a violation on the goddess_ebonyy account and that we had to mail them from the email registered to that account which we have established we have no access to. It is evident that this was something done to harm the model and her ability to broadcast on CB. (CB support reply and CB hours report attached)

If we review Hannajhonson on CB Hours we can see she broadcasted on Jan. 23 and 24. On Jan. 25th her account was banned and could no longer broadcast. CB support gave us the reason for the ban on the hannajhonson account, there is an account linked with a prior violation. The account linked (insley_sae) is a model at the former studio. This account that was linked had to be done on the 25th, if this account had been linked before she would not have been able to broadcast on the 23rd and 24th (CB support response and CB hours report for hannajhonson attached)

I also attached two pictures of the messages the Studio would send to users once the models had established their inconformity and announced their departure. These messages demonstrate the studios poor actions and the bad will against them.

@_@ I really hope CB fixes the new accounts especially since you had already sent in the request to remove IDs. That old studio seems awful.

Two of the three banned accounts have been restored!! Thanks for the help! In reviewing the only account not unbanned, I just realized there was a typo in her new account name.

Her new account is "anacarrera_" her former account is "ebonyy_hott" I apologize for the mixup and its really dumb on my part for not double checking. Hopefully we are still in time to get this corrected as well. Pretty please!
