Model banned could create a new account?

Hello i'm not a model, I'm just a user, but I'm curious about this. If a model's account is disabled for broadcasting for two days with someone who hasn't registered, can that model create a new account and broadcast again? Or she will be no longer be able to work on stripchat?

And if she wnats to work for a studio, could she do that?

If it was that simple to get around a ban then banning people would be completely useless and sites would end up with Kiddie Porn of the Day accounts. I know that Chaturbate bans people, not accounts. I suspect StripChat is the same.

I understand what you said, but maybe she can appeal it is her first time breaking the rules or something?

Her account is only suspended for 2 days and she wants to risk getting banned permanently by making a new account to bypass this short suspension? It really makes no sense to do that. Just wait for those 48 hrs and she can stream again, and this time don't let other people on the camera if they are not verified. She is lucky, that can be a zero-tolerance permanent ban, so to only be suspended for 48 hrs is good for her.

The other members are correct — suspensions and bans are applied to the actual model, not just the account. This means a suspended or banned model cannot simply create a new account to bypass the action.

That said, any model who receives a suspension or ban is always welcome to appeal by reaching out to our Support team at help@stripchat.com.

I read it as she broadcasted for two days with an unverified person and that’s why she was banned.

Because I also thought that Stripchat has a zero-tolerance policy for having an unregistered person shown on your stream, and that they don’t have the rule like CB where you can appeal the ban by registering the person shown. I’d be surprised if she only got a two day suspension, because that’s a pretty serious violation.
