Apparently this has just blown up into a national scandal in Romania, a friend of mine said she saw this on the tv news last night - says that prosecutors are trying to find the girls. They are from and in neighboring European country, Moldova.

Perhaps someone else can translate...the video is worth watching for the angry middle-aged librarian holding a sponge and probably complaining about having to clean up squirt :-D

I wondered how long it would take for them to be 'told off' for this. I have seen this room in action and couldn't believe how out there they were in the library! Very ballsy but very stupid too. I could never do a library show and be that naked!

Looks like those models activities are being investigated by a police force specialized in human trafficking. The only clue they have are those videos but they believe the models have a pimp.

omigod ...I'm sorry but its funny...I just hope the ladies aren't part of some forced sex thing by some low down gutter snipe pimp.

Moldavian stripping terrorists...throw up the road blocks!
The old chick yammering away ready to scalp someone for this...I want a video of just her, its like a Chris Farley bit from old SNL.

Look folks I get that we all have our hang ups about nudity and if someone who was not supposed to see something naughty saw something. Then sure its a bad thing whatever.

Lets loosen up the hair bone Wilma Flintstone...I am mean fuck 12 people got murdered in Paris for drawing cartoons...we got other fish to fry.

Also, you know if people knew how bad the unemployment rate is over there...how hard it is to find a decent job.
I am surprised they aren't doing peek-a-boo shows from the parliamentary building in front of the politicians for some money.

But what the fuck do I know...I am usually wrong about many things.

one might say I'm a library show specialist. I can't even begin to imagine doing a show in a part of a library that open and exposed, but no judgement from me - I do what I do at the very ragged edge of my personal limits.

what concerns me most about this story isn't the library but the human trafficking. how many other models on MFC are victims of forced and indentured sex work? it's obviously NOT camming itself - I do this VERY freely and happily - but the conditions that some models may be in to become a model.

it's terrible.

Hard to say at this point how much the human trafficking angle is just to put a bit more serious twist on it for the sake of the media.

Maybe, but also I'm sure there are plenty who have boyfriends living with or off them (9.6k camscore in romania is making bank) and or helping them out in library or whatever...journalists of course will assume pimp - who knows though.

I think it's a lot more endemic to camming worldwide than people around these parts are comfortable acknowledging.

Yep, the Filipinas I knew were mostly working as part of studios, and were all but slaves. Its still better than living in the country, and it gives single mothers an income they wouldn't otherwise have. I expect that eastern Europe is nearly as bad.

If that part is true it should not be too hard to track them down. MFC has got to be sending their paychecks somewhere.

I'd be lying if I said I didn't find TKO's library shows hot as hell. That said there were entirely too many other people caught on their feed (and caps) who could easily be identified. So I am not at all upset that the cops are cracking down in the account banned. In at least two of their shows children were shown on cam although I don't remember if their faces were recognizable.

Not every hot show is a good idea.

There are several TKO models. Most likely, they're organized by a studio. When you get right down to it, studios are the pimps of the cam world. Some studios do coerce models, but I don't think that's what happened with TKO.

Just by the bye, I cam across this article on Vice while googling in connection to this story. It's an interesting read.

I'm waiting for the next headline from TMZ..... or for them to get ahold of the recordings of the US girls that seem to have made this mainstream. Your 5 minutes of notoriety is on its way.

That'd be a hell of a way to get outed to friends, family, employers, etc. for those girls. :?

The video doesn't really say anything interesting, just that the police is worried these activities are linked to human trafficking activities, and that the girls will receive a fine of up to 2000 RON if caught/identified. In a country as uptight and repressed as Romania is, I guess these people can't fathom why a female would willingly expose her private bits; many older people there probably have no idea about the magnitude of monetary rewards associated with camming.

I watched their room before on MFC and I found it pretty entertaining. Sucks that it turned into this, but I guess certain countries are more strict than others.
Public nudity in a library during the middle of the day surrounded by random people just wanting to read, including children.

Pretty much every country is that strict. It just hasn't been turned into news channels in other countries yet. Or they haven't deemed it newsworthy if it has.

I just read that the main girl and her husband got nine months in jail for pimping - from a camsite?! Seems the moldovan laws are very strict!

Those girls seemed to be quite confident nobody would catch on to their escapades in the library. I get the allure and the money factor of it all from the standpoint of a cam girl, but the risk associated is far to big! Hope these girls are alright and they can figure new ways to take care of themselves.

Bob, The day camming goes mainstream and hits TMZ I will be shocked and kinda excited.

Cam girls are coming into the mainstream!

This is why I avoid models from Russia and Eastern Europe. I have no way of knowing which ones are doing this of their own volition and which are being forced. The idea that I could inadvertently contribute to trafficking just makes my stomach hurt.

Let me clear this story. I am from Romania. Theese girls have no pimp and they are not involved in any human traffic organisation, or any other stupid things. They were just having fun on webcam and they met some english guys and started talking, than they strated getting naked and the guys asked them for a library show.. omg fetish... :))
So they continued to strip in the library till they got caught by some teacher... I think theese are pretty normal actions for teens like i am :D
This is why highschool exists... experimenting.. and prepare for ur future.

Seriously? There are thousands of girls around the world on the streets that are forced to provide sexual services for money. Nobody cares about that. It's even legalized in some form. Now here is couple of girls that are just having innocent fun (it certainly looks like fun for them) on camera and suddenly they need go to the jail? What? Even if it is trafficing and pimping, why it's considered pure evil? Those girls are in no danger unlike when having sex with stranger for money. As far as they are not forcing those people around to actually watch them, why not? Only down side I see is that people in background are seen on that camera without their consent, but that's hardly a serious offence.

Just my opinion, but people seeing it differently should think about themselves more deeply.

I really hope there will be more girls like that. I would even wish it to be one day legalized to show our naked bodies anywhere. Not that it's gonna happen in our lifetime, but I believe we are slowly getting there.
