I bought some tokens like 10 days ago, with cryptos. I used this method several times.
Sadly the tokens never arrived, even tho the transaction appears as "proceeded" in my wallet.
I tried to contact the support, who asked me by mail to send the screenshot of the transaction success which i did by replying their mail, but now it's been 10 days and they dont answer anymore. I don't even know if they received my attachments...
What should i do ?
