My account being banned without knowing the reason

is been a long time for me using Chaturbate. But not yet decided to be a broadcaster but just wanted to go through the age,so I doing the age verification and testing the gear at the same time.However I was doing all this things when I watching a broadcaster ticket show, my cam put aside without showing my face or the monitor that showing the ticket show. Then suddenly being banned, my account is’iconlaw’.
Then I try to use another account and decided to not doing the age verification in another account as Chaturbate may already having my documents in the banned account. Then I decided to purchase and watch that broadcaster again and realise that I’m not able to tip. So that I try to register a new account and purchase token with the same card that had been using in two account that i talked about, and got immediately banned after purchased tokens.
the one that cannot tip is’af3638472’ and the account got immediately ban is’lawicon32’
May I know the possible reason and how to resolve this?
I also made a serval request to the support team

update, some of my account already being unbanned , but my main account ‘iconlaw’ is still being ban and I figured out the possible reason and wrote back in the same email after receiving from the support team.
The possible reason that I being ban maybe I accidentally using VPN while doing the age verification, is there anyway or documents that need to provide to the support team?
