@punker barbie Hi i trust this email finds you well, i’d like to make an appeal pertaining to this matter, no it wasn’t confirmed and i have violated the rules and regulations of chaturbate, i have been adhering and strictly following all the mandatory policy and regulations that chaturbate has imposed and i wasn’t completely aware and i was oblivious that the customer had been saying such things that compromised my account reason why my account got in trouble and so i have never said anything that i have agreed to what he’s been saying, there was no meet up that transpired because i wasn’t even paying attention that the user was talking about meeting up and never said yes nor confirmed that i would meet him up, because for so many years that i’ve been working on chaturbate, i’ve never had any violations and never had problem with my account neither suspension or getting banned because i was sticking with the fact that Chaturbate would never be lenient and would never condone such actions in case we make major issues, and so that’s the reason why i had been very cautious with my actions and with my words as soon as i start broadcasting, and it took me by surprise and i was completely caught off guard right when chaturbate banned my account, i was utterly appalled and distraught about how chaturbate took further action into my account without thoroughly and meticulously investigating and narrowing down to further check if there was really a violation that i’ve commited, i’ve admired your platform because you provision livelihood to the people who are jobless and deprived with employment opportunities and rights but in regards to this matter the way you handled this, it made me think that it wasn’t the platform that i thought it was, a platform that listens and acknowledged each models and making sure that they’re models are heard and seen, i hope chaturbate would enhance their security measures as i have taken precautionary measures and steps in maintaining my account and avoiding anything that might jeopardize or put my account at stake, i hope chaturbate listens to what the model has to say and make sure to keep a transparent platform that acknowledges and knows where the models are coming from and that’s the reason why I am reaching out to let you know that I haven’t done anything that’s against your community and guidelines policy, I am very cautious and conservative when abiding and following all the rules and regulations that is mandatory for us models to adhere and so I am very assertive that I didn’t do anything wrong or have committed any mistakes at all for you all to have my account banned, it is unfair for me as a model to get banned without doing anything such, i would like you all to take action into this matter as quick as possible, hence, please further review everything just so i would have the reference as to which part of your policy that I have violated because as far as I remember, I haven’t done anything wrong that breaks the rules and policy of chaturbate, please take this message seriously as I badly need my account to be retrieved and have it back to normal, this is something that you should address ASAP.
