Hello everyone! My account iamyuki_ has been suspended.
During my stream I suddenly received a message saying that my account has been suspended.
The only thing I did before that was create another account (12 march) using my documents only to watch other models and remain anonymous as a viewer. The username of that account is franknotashley.
I did not intend to violate any rules and I was not trying to have multiple broadcasting accounts. I only created it to watch streams privately.
I also want to mention that in the past I worked with a studio and appeared on the account lilianbierly. I am no longer connected to that account in any way. Recently I removed my documents from new account (franknotashley) and the old studio account (lilianbierly).
My passport is no longer accepted on my profile. And probably that happened after my previous studio found my new account.
This is the first time I’ve started working independently without a studio, and I suspect that my previous studio may have reported my documents or somehow interfered with my verification.
It is possible that something related to that account caused this issue, and that might be why I cannot stream now.
I have already tried uploading my documents many times and have contacted support, but I have not received a clear answer so far, only automated responses.
I would really appreciate if someone could review my situation and help resolve this issue so I can continue streaming normally.
