please help me to my account was suspended because there's someone who appeared on my cam,.. and that is my friend who is banned before in the chaturbate. i ask the support what should i do to make my account be active and able to broadcast again. there answer is to send the identification of the person who appeared on my cam is it to upload his identity card even though he is banned 3 years ago? And I emailed the chat support regarding to the banned person accidentally appeared on my account 5 days now but still didn't have response
Please help me to fix this @AmberCutie
I already logged out in Google chrome but I accidentally forgot to stop broadcast in OBS

Hi, I hope I'm wrong but it doesn't seem likely you'd be getting your account back. If your friend's been permanently banned and you upload their ID, the account most probably will be banned. And if you don't verify the other person who appeared with you, the suspension won't be lifted.

I think that your best shot would be to contact support, give them the particulars of your situation (you can provide ID of the other person but they're banned) and let them know you weren't acting on bad faith. They're the only ones who can provide you with a solution if it is possible.

Answers could take up to more than a week to come, no much else to do than wait. Better not to send them more messages so you don't lose your place in the queue.
