Hello! Please help! In January of this year, a model with the nickname Will_Snake was blocked from Chaturbate during a short break. She left the room to make herself some tea, and upon her return, the platform was blocked.
According to support, the reason for the blocking was that the model participated in discussions or suggestions for any materials related to animals in a sexual context, as well as suggestions for animals.
The model has been using this platform for a long time and, while strictly adhering to the rules, claims to have never done anything like this and does not understand what could have led to the ban. Another email was then sent explaining the situation. The model received the following response: *As a courtesy and without obligation, the violations and the measures taken were recorded. The investigation confirmed the violation. Furthermore, the measures taken were deemed adequate.* However, no documents, screenshots, or links confirming these events were provided. Can I obtain this information in any form, or should this situation be re-investigated?
