Hi, I'm sorry to hear about your situation, but in terms of contacting support, lifting the ban or speeding up the process, you won't find that kind of help here in the forum.
Seems that you already have a ticket number. Did support contact you before, and if so, what did they tell you?
A week or more is well within support's usual time frame to answer. Hopefully the rep here will let you know when they begin to review your case.
You should know tho, that a hack + ban combo could prove to be difficult to overcome. If the attacker committed a serious violation you could still be found liable for it as the security of the account relies on the owner. Hope everything sorts out.
