My documents rejected for "model not appearing in broadcast" srsly wtf?

I am on stripchat every goddamn day, just not every goddamn minute.
It's a group account, how often is each member required to appear? Is daily not enough?
When I broadcast, I authorize as many people who are in the house as I can to avoid unauthorized people appearing on cam.
Is this not the correct approach?
Am I going to have to re-verify every time I take a day off or go to bed early?

And what is up with support tickets never gettting answers? Do you guys just nor reply or can you not inbox to gmail accounts?

problem unsolved, my new account is rejected with reason "does not appear in broadcasts". Still confused.

You shouldn't have to re-verify yourself each time you log off.
