my friend's account on CB (may_rollins) was banned a few weeks ago.
On 2025/09/19 her account was banned without any apparent reason, the blocking came as a complete surprise to her ...
She tried to contact the the CB support via https://support.chaturbate.com/hc/en-us/p/form_requests and social networks, but unfortunately she never received an answer or ticket number (only automatic answers).
So I'm helping her now since she is desparate. My friend has been working on CB for quite a while. She urgently relies on the income from her webcam business to pay her rent and earn a living.
As mentioned she's not aware of any wrongdoing. However if she has unknowingly done anything wrong, she would like to know what it is, apologize and promise to improve in the future.
Could you please review and process her case as fast as possible?
