My stripchat account was closed unfairly

Since I registered on Stripchat, I’ve always tried to treat all users respectfully. I’ve never insulted anyone or violated any rules. Despite constantly receiving messages from people asking for my phone number, sharing theirs, or requesting my bank account (IBAN) number, I mostly ignored them or blocked them without responding.
However, while I was live on stream, someone once again asked me for a WhatsApp show. I refused, but my account was instantly banned.

This is completely unfair, especially considering I have nearly $1,000 in my account.





I’ve contacted support several times, but all I receive are automatic, template responses.





I really don’t know what to do. Please help me.

You were perm banned for sharing alternate payment methods with a user. We are a tokens only platform. Sharing off platform payout methods is considered a serious rule violation and regrettably the consequence is a permanent ban.
