My top models made ineligible and receiving no reply from support

@punker barbie Hi, I have a huge problem that I need fixed. My 2 top models H9BspN & Rbddjq under my 2cgirls69 account are listed as ineligible to broadcast, I need them made eligible again. A few weeks ago, my Kittymia68 account that I have had for almost 3 years was banned due to a new model HBPXvN accidentally peeing while she was trying to squirt. I terminated the offending model HBPXvN for getting the account suspended. The other models did nothing wrong. My #1 top model H9BspN wasn't even working during that show. I have had my Chaturbate studio for 15 years and I have a dozen models that work 16 hours every day. My studio shouldn't suffer such a huge loss of my best models for something a new model that I terminated did for a few seconds.
