MyFreeCam tech help

Hi, i have no idea why but i cannot access myfreecams at all when i am logged in. The only way for me to view anything at all on the site is by logging out.

Everything was working fine earlier on but now nothing. If im logged in then i get the page loading models message but thats it. Once logged out then it all works fine. I have tried logging out and back in again several times and deleted my cache and cookies. Still no luck though.


Anyone have any clue as to what is going on?

Just tried rejoining MFC with a brand new email, username and password and im getting the same problem.

Works fine when not logged in, dont work when logged in.

Very very odd.

The chat was behaving oddly after the (cough, cough) upgrade, earlier today... names columns turning up blank etc, but all seems well just now. Dunno about other browsers though... I am using Chrome.

Try contacting support with a short but explanatory email. Even if they cann't respond to you personally, they like to hear about bugs and things. OR so they say

:-D Yah, send tech a note. I have no problems getting some sort of reply from them. It usually doesn't help me out much but at least they are aware of the numbers of us having an issue.

Did not know they were doing an upgrade. Perhaps it is to do with that. I will leave it a few days and see what happens. If the problem still persists then i will try and contact their tech surport.

I use Opera btw, but the problem is still there with Mozilla and IE.

I noticed someone a little earlier post about a similar issue over twitter (a basic). Are you trying to log into a basic account or a premium account? I just created a basic account and tried to log in and got the same error you are describing. I can still log in fine with my premium account.

Try logging in now.

I was online with my premium account when another MFC update went through kicking everyone off the site. I just tried to log into my basic account again and it now works. So, maybe they noticed and fixed the issue.

UGH !! Updates, now I seem to have a progress bar where "#models online" is usually.. shows "loading models" now for 20 seconds and then finally gives the count. :dontknow:

Must have been the upgrade. Everything back to normal today. Woohoo!!!!!!!
