Need to verify but im already verified?

So i am on chaturbate, after a bunch of attempts at first i finally got myself verified. Then i broadcast and another persons hand appeared in my video (as extra hands) and i didnt think anything of it since their face wasnt in it. but i got kicked and had to verify them. So i did. And now for the past week CB has my tokens disabled waiting on verification, but when i try to verify it tells me i already am. I dont understand. could me changing my hair affect this? my username is nova_verity

I am sorry to hear that you had troubles with your current account in terms of broadcasting and earning tokens. Our compliance team may have noticed someone who was unverified appear on cam with you and then flagged it. After confirming with support they have determined to restore the age verification on the account but ask that anybody who may appear on cam with you has the proper age verification pictures submitted.
