Hi Stella, I think what the OP is attempting to convey is that anomymous users may be the viewers hiding their idenity so the model doesn't find out they have been banned from their broadcast before. Another issue I see is that viewers are able to hide the amount of tokens they have so they can freeload or take us into a private and run out of tokens just to get a glimpse if a show that is free if they finish in less than a minute. In addition to this viewers can customize the tip menu and make reuests that are not listed on the tip menu and can place pressure on the model to perform for things they don't feel comfortable with even though the refund is available. These features can give viewers shitty ideas.

--> If a user's account has been perm banned by a model, this means that they cannot come back to watch that model, even if they are in anonymous mode

viewers are able to hide the amount of tokens they have so they can freeload or take us into a private and run out of tokens just to get a glimpse if a show that is free if they finish in less than a minute

--> We have a solution for this! Just set your privates for a minimum minute amount. That way users who take you private will get charged for your minimum minute amount, even if they finish the private early

--> Viewers cannot customize the tip menu. If you mean adding a note to a tip, then yes, users can do that. In other words, users can make requests and even tip for those requests, but models are not required to fulfill them, even if the user tipped. Models also do not have to refund a tip just because the user made a random request for something that the model does not do.

--> Models are only required to do the actions they have explicitly offered and get tipped to do, such as actions listed in their tip menu or room goal. If for some reason, the model cannot perform these actions, then they can use the refund option.

Ive already talked with support. They basically said "well they spend a lot of money to be anonymous" (literally almost word for word). I explained the abusive messages and they didnt care. I just have to log off when they come around and basically wait it out which is kind of messed up. The one user in particular messed up and came in before he made himself anonymous. When his name disappeared suddenly an anonymous user appears and I get messages from this user about white power and all that (which aligns with the username I just saw disappear form the list). So I called him out by the name I saw in the list and he hasn't been back since. BUT we should not be subjected to whatever messed up things people want to say to us, whether it be about white power or whatever. That is so insanely discouraging.

Im torn because I want streamers to know they cant block anonymous users on this site even if they send abusive messages constantly and they will NOT be protected by the site. but I also dont want jerks seeing this and getting ideas. So ill probably just delete this part later.

I cant block this person form their profile page and support would not go in and manually block them for me, either.

We should be allowed to protect ourselves from people like this.

edit: we all know how nice people are when they are under the veil of anonymity (sarcasm)

Sorry for all the edits but I want to clarify this person came around for a bit before he messed up and I called him out. All the messages were about white power this white power that. His name aligned with the messages so I know it was him. He stopped coming around since I called him out but that is not the point.

at the very least we should be allowed to silence them. Or suppress the tip notes? I mean thats a pretty reasonable expectation I think. Sorry for the double post, this gets me worked up
