Hi!
I am part of a team that is building a mobile application with webcams streaming functionality.

We have almost reached the phase when we have app running and it is time to hire webcam models and (maybe even better) agencies. So if anyone has anything to suggest regarding this issue you are welcome to this thread or you can write to me directly at anton.zindra@gmail.com

Hello,

We would like to know is that we could distribute your product in Europe, as we are a Miami based company, but we also have offices in Lyon in France and Geneva in Switzerland.

And the fact that we have offices in these cities is strategic, so we can provide many free services to help camgilr succeed.

We can also provide free photo and video shoots for their webcam profile.

Also for promotional clips.

The biggest question is HOW will YOUR app not be banned out the Play/Apple app stores like every other sex worker related app?

Is your company related to 21Sextury Productions?
And if you use a generator to create your terms & conditions you should fill in the blanks:
"The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service."

Anyone else major suspicious of this.
I always am.

They won't be allowed in the Play Store or Apple App Store to begin with if they allow adult content via their ToS.

There are some solutions to this problem, and we know how to deal with it. And we are not like the only company who does this, there are a lot of huge companies doing the same. Nothing illegal and suspicious, just smart loopholes in the app store rules. And this opens a big market of mobile apps for webcam models.

I'd advise anyone to avoid using sites that do this:

not really sure what's going on here but putting money into something that's only working off of a loophole seems pretty short-term.
Exactly. The app could be yanked at any point, affecting the company, which in turn affects any users.

Better just to stick to more reputable sites that follow rules.

Ryan, feel free to reply to my question here and not in a PM, so everybody can see it.

You said you're not related to 21Sextury, so why pick a name so similar to an adult company that has been around for years? They are the top hit on Google if you search for "sextury", actually they are the only hits on that word.

Camsites, clip sites, and subscription sites all don't have apps for a reason. They instead focused on updating their sites to be more mobile friendly. Users can also can add websites to their home screen if the site doesn't have an app for quick access.

Tumblr got pulled from app stores for awhile before their porn ban years ago. Once they banned porn, they were allowed back. Im fairly certain IOS requires all downloads through an app store, so if you wanted to you can't download an app not listed.

Random stranger on the internet asking models to sign up. And it probable involves sending them their Drivers Licence, address, extra.
There is no proof that that there is company, platform, extra.
No word on how payment works, what payment is like, pay cut, extra.

This is what I was way more suspicious of vs the most likely scenario of the app being shut down. Don't eeeeeeever send your actual info in something that hasn't been vetted.

It was mostly this (expecting people just to jump on board with absolutely no information) as well as a company that is so misguided that they think they'll be fine using loopholes to create an oriented app.

The combination of all things is just a giant red flag banner saying no don't follow them.
