Hey @punker barbie been trying to get a response from support in regards to account "twilight_rose". The account, which i suspect, was unfairly misjudged as solicitation from a bitter viewer who I blocked. Kindly assist.

When you submitted your email, you received an automated response. What did it say?
Broadcasters aren't blocked just because a viewer reported the room. There's always an investigation into the complaint. That said, if you emailed support more than once, you keep putting yourself at the back of the line for that moment in time that you emailed them and tickets are answered in the order they are received. @punker barbie does not respond to forum posts on the weekends and will reply that support received your email.
