@punker barbie Hi! I'm @psi_nyc. I've been an active Chaturbate supporter non-broadcaster for several years. I request a private (one on one) with a model i've done privates with previously and all was great. After the fact, I received notice that my account was banned for violating guideline:
- The use of illegal drugs (or drugs that may be perceived as illegal in certain locations, such as medicinal marijuana) is strictly prohibited. This was on April 30. I replied immediately to support stating my case. I did not receive a ticket number...only a email that they had my reply and would be in touch. When i didn't hear anything for 3 weeks, it sank at the conclusion "banned" meant forever and support was not intending to reply. I sent a second request to speak with someone. I've heard nothing and i know they are busy. Would anyone for support be willing to have a conversation or are they prohibited from speak to me? You and the support team don't know me and probably have heard everything, but written words can't convey my gravity. Thank you.
