I need your help badly. Instead of going to my broadcast page several days ago, I was taken to a page that had a message from a site administrator that basically told me to submit photo IDs for anyone I will be on camera with. I have already done this and all were approved, including myself. I even resubmitted my driver's license and my passport and both were again approved. In fact I'm still listed as approved. Except now I have "Person Ineligible" at the top of my ID list and "This person is ineligible to broadcast. Please contact support at the bottom. Which I have done in an email on 10/26. I also filled out forms on the Chaturbate website and sent a follow up email. But no one has responded. The stranger thing is, I've been streaming solo for the past month. I even removed all the profiles who were age verified on my page that I don't work with anymore. I just desperately need to know what I did wrong and how I can fix it. Streaming on Chaturbate is very important to me and I don't want to lose that privilege. Could someone please help me as soon as possible. I just want to get back to broadcasting. I am incredibly anxious and nervous about this because I don't understand what is happening and why. Please tell me how I can rectify the problem. I just want to go back to doing what I love most again.
