Payment change?

Hi, I'm new to MFC...

I've tried e-mailing a few times with the same response

I want to change my method of payment from check to direct deposit. I don't see anywhere on the model admin page about changing payment. They said that I have not completed my registration, but I have. I've already made tokens and everything.

But when I first tried signing up, I used a different name, and somehow I lost it, so started over with a new name, but under the same email address and that's why I think they are saying I haven't filled out the registration. But now I don't know what to do and I'm scared I won't get any payment..



Ohhh, and when I log onto the one the I started, I can see it, but I can't see it on the one I have tokens on...

Ok, for starters you have set up two accounts, and the most recent one is obviously the one that you haven't completed registration on. You're not supposed to be able to have more than one model account anyway, so whether it'll be approved or not is another kettle of fish. You should know that admin rarely respond to any correspondance so I wouldn't hold your breath.

I'm guessing that you earned tokens on the first account. If I were you I'd do everything on that one if you can now remember your log in (and I'd write that down somewhere if your short term memory isn't up to much). There is a change payment info screen in the model admin pages, it's located under the link that says 'account information' which in turn is under 'token stats' and 'token sessions'. All you have to do is go in and change the method of payment and then fill in your bank details. Simples. Oh, and you might want to delete the surplus account so you don't get into trouble or confuse yourself further.

I just deleted the account where I did not complete registration on. And that was the one where I could see the change payment info link. So I have tokens on the one I've been working on, but can't change the payment. I hope I get a response from them. But thank you for your help.
