Payment (Check) not received and tokens never return

I am pretty new to CB. I tried to convert tokens into check and had it send to Hong Kong, but it never arrived. So i contacted the support team yesterday and they told me they could not send it to my county and told me the tokens would not disappear. However, I do not see these tokens return to my account.

Not sure they should come back as tokens. Most likely, this amount will be displayed in the payment information and have the status unpaid. I think you will get the whole amount together when you set up another withdrawal method.
