Payment issue

Requested a payout on the 27th of september and another one a few days later and it hasn't arrived to my paxum account yet. It's always been within 2 work days for me so I'm starting to get worried and haven't gotten an answer yet from the support ticket I made. Is anyone else experiencing anything like this and what can I do?
