Hi there, I have sent multiple emails regarding a payment that was wired on the 4th of June but returned by my bank due to insufficient info about that payment according to my bank. I’ve have asked cb support to check for the refund and resend the payment but had no response for 2 weeks now. Please can someone advice me what to do on this matter. I am getting very frustrated by the lack of communication and I’m worried about using the site in future In case this happens again
