Anyone else got a message this morning that said: payments on hold without a reason? Just to contact customer service? I double checked and my address is verified, I have complied with everything in the past for verification purposes, and I'm able to stream and all. I never sent recently a change in payment method or a change in address either. My address is still the same and so is my payment method and I have followed all rules. Maybe its a temporary glitch? Also I never got an email from them. Just waiting on them to see what they say.
It says this:
A hold has been placed on your account. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.
