I've been emailing back and forward with support since the 21st of April about my missing payout. Support said they have reached out to the bank on the 6th of May to find the status of the Wire, and since then I've not been given an update or received the Wire. This is the third payout this year that has been sent incorrectly.
I've sent support my bank statement to prove that the payout wasn't received, and still haven't heard anything.
How do I get the payout I'm owed please? I've received 3 since then so it's not a problem with my bank details.
