Permanent Ban on verification

Hi @punker barbie , I created a new account for my and my partner to broadcast as couple, I started the verification process, my papers got approved but during the verification of her papers the account suddenly got banned. I wrote to support and received automate responde about permanent ban. How can I get support?

Hi Dear @punker barbie , I don't quite understand what happened to my account. Please help me figure out and resolve the issue. Here's what happened: I'm a successful model and actively stream on other platforms. I recently learned about Chaturbate and decided to create an account on your platform. I wasn't sure how to register, so I asked a registration specialist recommended by a friend for help. We successfully uploaded all the necessary documents for verification, scanned my face, and the next day when I tried to log in, I found that my account was blocked even though I hadn't started streaming yet.

When I asked the person who helped me register what could have happened to the account, he said it could be due to the tattoos on my face. Do you really have such rules or was it a technical glitch? I'm very worried about this as you can find me on all popular platforms by my nickname. Please look into this matter.
